So the state of prisoner health at The Buryka prison in Moscow is poor. So the prison is getting a medical equipment update. The medical update is a good idea I have nothing against the health of prisoners, but sunbeds really? Is tanning part of a healthy lifestyle now? If so clearly I missed some memo.

In this video I unbox and setup a Apple Macbook Air 13 Inch from fall 2010.

Something borked when capturing webcam feed using vdub, so after processing the video decided that it would speed up to 1.6x, my voice changes and hilarity ensues. Syncing up my other camera was near impossible. To be clear I did not purposefully edit the speed of the webcam feed.

No not university, that insanity is still very much ongoing!

I finished the Insanity workout! Yaay It was tons of fun and sweat and more sweat. Would definitely recommend it for somebody up for a challenge. Its hard but you push yourself and you get through it day after day you notice that you are improving. It is an awesome feeling.

I decided to go at it again. So round 2, as of writing I’m already on day 4 Cardio Recovery, heres to another awesome 8.5 weeks.

I recently did a video, working out in my new Lululemon Success Tech Shirt as a consequence I acquired two more Lululemon Garments. They are the Achieve Tech shirt and the Smash Pant. I gotta say these items are great and they deserve a review!

Achieve Tech Short Sleeve Shirt
The color of the shirt is called Wolf Grey. It is quickly apparent that this is more then your plain cotton tee. The shirt design places curves in all the right places. The light blue stitching does really well to make the pectorals stand out while making the mid section appear slimmer. If you look even closer you will notice darker fabric running along the sides of the shirt, this helps emphasize the blue lines of the shirt while adding another layer of depth.  The Achieve Tech shirt has a comfortably slim fit.
